We accept payments from Visa and Mastercard

Shipping & Delivery

Australian orders are shipped via DHL express, with a target delivery time of 4-6 business days for Residential addresses and 6-8 for Rural Deliveries.

New Zealand orders are shipped via Team Global Express, with a target delivery time of 2-4 business days for residential. An additional 2 business days is possible for Rural Deliveries

Shipping to addresses throughout New Zealand is a set rate of $12.50 per order. For Australian orders the set rate is $25 per order.

We are currently shipping throughout Australia and New Zealand. Please enquire should you wish to place an order but live outside of these areas.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing or material defect. Please notify us immediately if you notice any manufacturing defect is present.

It does not cover blows, improper use, failure to follow care instructions or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defect.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, provided the refund request is submitted within a month of your order being dispatched from our warehouse and the product is received back to our warehouse in it's original condition, undamaged/unused and complete with tags and packaging.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product is still in its original packaging, un-used, with tags still attached and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund on the product purchase price (less shipping, where applicable).

If the product has been used or damaged in any way, you are not eligible for a refund.

The cost of the initial shipping, along with the return shipping is handled by the customer. The refund amount is for the returned product only.
